Lately I feel like I've been working everyone out but myself. It can be very difficult to get a good workout in when I teach so many classes, because as strenuous as it can be to teach fitness, you can never push your own body to the point where you can't smile and shout, because that's what I'm there for, not to get my own workout in! My schedule will be lightening up next month, and I think it will be refreshing to get to take some classes instead of teach so many...

Here's the article that spoke to me... http://buzz.prevention.com/community/afc-pam/personal-trainer-self-trains

Glad to know I'm not alone...and it sounds like it's time to do a little planning ahead.

I love buying and eating organic foods whenever I can, but they can be more expensive than non-organics. Just found a great article outlining some tips for getting the most bang for your buck, so I thought I'd share...

http://www.prevention.com/cda/article/how-to-be-a-budget-organic/1b08a82c4343b110VgnVCM20000012281eac____/nutrition.recipes/grocery.guru/smart.shopping

And is it just me, or do organics have more flavor, too? (I think the pesticides are killing more than the pests on a lot of the non-organic foods we eat!)

M.
